Our Help Center provides quick answers to your questions and guidance to make the most of your EdgeCard.

Getting your EdgeCard is fast and easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on "Get Your Card" on our website.

  2. Fill out the online application form with your personal and school details.

  3. Upload your proof of studentship for verification.

  4. Make the payment securely using Paystack or Flutterwave. Once approved, your digital EdgeCard will be available instantly in the app, ready for you to start saving!

While your EdgeCard confirms you are a student to our partners, it is a discount card and not a government-issued ID. You cannot use it for official purposes like banking, SIM registration, or as a substitute for your National ID, Voter's Card, or Driver's License.

No worries, let's get you back in. First, please check that you have a stable internet connection. If that's okay, try using the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password. If you're still unable to log in after that, please send an email to our support team at support@goedgecard.ng and we’ll help you sort it out quickly.

For security reasons and to protect your account, the profile photo you upload during registration is locked after your student status has been verified. It cannot be changed from within the app. If you have a serious issue with your current photo, please contact our support team for assistance.

To verify your application, you will need to provide a clear, current proof of your studentship. This can be one of the following:

  • A valid student ID card from your institution (showing the current academic year/expiry date).

  • An official admission letter for the current academic session.

  • A school fees receipt for the current semester or session.

We are sorry you had this experience. Our partners are committed to giving you your discount. If this happens, first politely ask to speak to the manager, as some new staff may not be fully aware of the partnership. If they still refuse, please do not argue. Note the partner's name, location, and the time of your visit, and contact us immediately at partners@goedgecard.ng. We take this very seriously and will investigate the issue right away.
